Delivery and returns

Delivery
Delivery is charged at a flat £7.00 per order, however many boxes it contains. Orders are dispatched by tracked courier to the delivery address given at checkout, within the United Kingdom only. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details where available. Your card is only charged when the order is dispatched.
Cancelling an order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email oxondeer@outlook.com with your order reference. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the payment authorisation is simply released and you are not charged.
Returns
Returned goods must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Please return them within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel; you are responsible for the cost of return postage and we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the card used to pay, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described; in that case contact us and we will put it right.
